Cathy Kleros, Owner of Southbury Baking Company, has had a love of baking since the age of four. She has followed that passion, bringing delicious artisan, handcrafted baked goods to the Southbury community and beyond.   Every delectable morsel is made with wholesome ingredients, by scratch and in small batches to ensure freshness.  She is taking her many years of dessert catering expertise and bringing it to her new retail bakery and gourmet shop.  The bakery is conveniently located at 250 Main Street South in Southbury Ct. in The Commons Plaza.  Step inside and you’ll find cases of deliciousness full of Cathy’s many signature items including her decadent chocolate cake bombs, cheesecakes and cakes.  Every piece is as beautiful as it is delicious and these special desserts will be the crowning touch to your next dinner party or event.   Also available in the bakery are Southbury Baking Company’s line of Wine Savories Artisan Crackers, BrewCraft crackers and an array of unique house made artisan chocolates and confections.   We believe in supporting local artisans and carry pottery, wood serving pieces, honey and jams/tapenades from Connecticut Makers.
