All of the ingredients we use here at DiPalma’s are local. We stock our restaurant kitchen in much the same way that we stock our home kitchen, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients that we select ourselves, each morning.

In addition to our menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather and how we are feeling. We are always on the lookout for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel around we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.

Here at DiPalma’s, our daily goal is to create, serve and enjoy fine food. We love fresh food, flavorful food, food that’s in season, and food that’s distinct. Every morning before opening the kitchen, we stock our shelves with market fresh ingredients, so that the food we serve you is as fresh and flavorful as can be.
