St James recognizes the importance of ministering to the family unit as a whole. We believe in a more holistic approach to Youth and Family Ministries through an expanded Sunday school program, attendance at synod and national events, regular youth Sundays, and more.

We envision St James in Southbury as a growing, Christ-centered community entering new space together: to reach out to all people on a journey of faith; to glorify God through inspired worship and intergenerational fellowship; and to address human needs in Jesus’ name
