Collage: Painting with Paper with Carol Moore

Students are asked to bring a one inch or 1/2 inch inexpensive brush (sold as “painter’s brushes” at most hardware or Home Depot stores) and 4 -5 old colorful catalogues or magazines which will be the source for the images. Magazines with lots of solid color are best for this workshop. Students will tear their images without using scissors and ‘paint from paper.’ Bring a fun attitude and go back to being a child and creating with torn paper.
