Monotype Printing

Newtown artist Roberta Shea will conduct a monotype printmaking workshop open to painters and artists of all levels and those who wish to try something new. This workshop is designed to free you from any artistic blocks and demystify the printmaking process of monotype. Come and explore the magic of monotype, a one-of-a kind printing process, in a warm, supportive environment. Inks, paper, and brayers will be provided, but students are encouraged to bring found materials and other visual stimuli to work from.
