Franny and Andre will be speaking about the benefits that public access television can provide  any individual who has a side project, hobby or passion that would be interested in all that Charter has to offer: all free of charge: a TV studio, video production equipment (camcorders, action cameras, microphones, lighting kits and more) that can be borrowed and training to use the equipment. They are one of those “best kept secrets” in the community.  FRANNY SAYS, “Hey, we’re here for you!
